What we can help you with
The most common painful conditions and their manifestations

Headaches and neck pain
The most common symptoms that people come to us with are a blocked cervical spine with limited range of motion and persistent pain, severe neck stiffness and a dull headache in the back of the head, temples or behind the eyes.

Lumbar spine and low back pain
As part of lower back pain, we most often encounter long-term pain in the lower back (sometimes radiating to the legs) or, conversely, acute pain significantly limiting the mobility of the spine (houser/sciatica).

Rib and thoracic spine blockages
Blockages in the area of the thoracic spine and ribs are most often manifested as pain between the shoulder blades or stabbing or burning under the shoulder blade, which very often intensifies when breathing or turning the trunk.

Inflammation of tendons their attachments
This is where we most often encounter pain in the Achilles tendon and attachments on the inside or outside of the elbow (javelin/tennis elbow). The third frequently treated group is carpal tunnel syndrome.

Joint pain
As part of joint treatment, most people come to us with hip and knee pain, which typically bothers them when walking up/down the stairs, when running or when sitting for long periods of time. There are also shoulder pains that often radiate to the arm or hand.

Post-traumatic/operative conditions
Rehabilitation after injury or surgery is important and should not be underestimated. Tissue injuries heal with a scar, which without adequate care can cause problems and at the same time change movement habits.
