You do not need a referral from a doctor. Payments are paid directly by clients, not by the health insurance company. A previous medical examination is an advantage, not a necessity. If, during the initial examination, we decide that, due to your health condition, a medical examination is appropriate, we will recommend that you visit a doctor in the first place.

If you have medical reports or results of various examinations (X-ray, MRI, CT), be sure to take them with you. It will help us diagnose your problems.

To make an appointment, use our reservation system, which is quick and convenient. Just click on the "Book an appointment" button in the upper right corner and find the appointment that suits you best. If you prefer to order by email or by phone, do not hesitate to contact us at the email address: info@physiohub.cz or at the phone number: +420 705 970 006.

We prefer to cancel the visit through the reservation system according to the following instructions. 1. Open the confirmation email you received from us after making the reservation and click the "zrušit" button. 2. You will then be redirected to the Reservio website, where you select "Zrušit rezervaci". 3. In the last step, you will see a table where you can state the reason for canceling the reservation. Then just click on the button: "zrušit mou rezervaci". You will then receive a confirmation email. If you paid for the therapy online, the money will be automatically returned to your account, usually within three working days. You can also cancel the appointment by SMS, email (info@physiohub.cz) or by phone (+420 705 970 006). If you are unable to attend the therapy, please cancel the reservation as soon as possible so that we can offer the appointment to someone else. As part of physiotherapy, it is often necessary to at least partially undress to your underwear. We recommend comfortable underwear in which you will feel good. If it would be uncomfortable for you, the ideal option is sports clothes (shorts, tank top/t-shirt).
