Physiotherapy study
Due to their relationship with movement, a certain inner need to help others and their own experiences with pain, physiotherapy was a clear choice for both of them. At the beginning, our idea was that during our studies we would understand the functioning of the human body and be able to immediately help people. We now know that the path to fulfilling this idea is much longer and the magic of physiotherapy lies in practice and lifelong learning.
Life decisions
After graduation, we started working in a facility with care covered primarily by health insurance. The time per patient was mostly 30 minutes including tedious administration and the total number of patients per day was high. Even though we liked our work, this work model gradually led us to exhaustion and fatigue. The disillusionment of this reality led us to a spontaneous decision to go abroad.
Life in Canada
The exhaustion from the work at that time was more like burnout, and the decision to leave came perhaps a few minutes after twelve. At the same time, it was the best thing we could have done at the time. A year and a half of working and traveling in Canada put the wind back in our sails, gave us a completely new perspective and brought back the taste for a profession we both love.
Present
Motivated by a clear vision of where we no longer want to reach, we began to think about the form of our future office and the way of working that would no longer exhaust us. We first started realizing our clear ideas in a rented office. However, we soon managed to find ideal premises in a great location, which exactly fit in with our ideas about our own place. Even though it was a big risk and investment, in the spring of 2025 we started a complete reconstruction. Almost exactly two and a half years since the beginning of Physiohub, we fulfilled our dream and opened our own physiotherapy center. You can see how the reconstruction went in the gallery below.
