This always depends on your health, diagnosis and rehabilitation goals. Sometimes one visit and clear recommendations for the next steps are enough. In other cases, longer-term care with regular visits, for example once a week, may be more suitable.Most people need between 3 and 6 visits. This gives us enough time to teach you the exercises, adjust them as you progress and work together towards your agreed goal.

Each visit lasts 50–60 minutes.

Our care is not covered by public health insurance. However, we plan the visits to make your rehabilitation effective while keeping the overall cost manageable.Whenever possible, you can complete most of the work independently using your home exercise programme and meet your physiotherapist mainly for check-ups and adjustments.

Travel is included in the price of your treatment anywhere in Prague.For visits outside Prague, the travel fee is agreed individually.

Each visit may look slightly different depending on what you currently need.Your physiotherapist may exercise with you, practise specific everyday activities that are difficult for you, teach you exercises to improve your strength and fitness, create and gradually adjust your rehabilitation plan, or involve and instruct your family members.When appropriate, the visit may also include manual therapy and soft-tissue treatment, or assistance with selecting and correctly adjusting mobility aids and other assistive equipment.

If you have any medical reports or test results available, please have them ready.You do not need to prepare anything else. Your physiotherapist will discuss everything necessary with you during the visit.

We will use what you already have at home and what best suits your individual abilities. We can exercise on a chair, on your bed, while standing or on an exercise mat.You do not need a specially equipped space. For longer-term care, we can also provide a portable treatment table.
